For the safety of all guests, the open-air Sky Deck and Sky Box will not be available in case of inclement weather. You can call the hotline number +603 2020 5421 (open from 09:00-22:00, Monday-Sunday) to check if the Sky Deck is available prior to your visit
Amendment Policy
If you have already redeemed your voucher and you face cases of inclement weather on the day of your visit, you may inform the staff at KL Tower and revisit the following day for free

Adults (aged 13 and above) and children (aged 4 to 12). Toddlers under 4 years old enjoy FREE admission.
Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason.
Bring along the original / hardcopy of your passport / ID card for verification. Ticket will be issued after verification.
Advance booking 1 day before visit is required.
Online tickets cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or group purchase.
