TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. To ensure the safety of all guests, the Tower Walk 100 will not be open in case of inclement weather. You can call the hotline number +603 2020 5421 (open daily from 9:00am until 10:00pm) to check if the Tower Walk 100 is open prior to your visit.
   
   
2. Adults (aged 13 and above) and children (aged 4 to 12). Toddlers under 4 years old are not allowed.
   
   
3. Flat, lace-up secure footwear and pants must be worn.
   
   
4. Participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
   
   
5. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason.
   
   
6. Bring along the original / hardcopy of your passport / ID card for verification. Ticket will be issued after verification.
   
   
7. Advance booking 1 day before visit is required.
   
   
8. Online tickets cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or group purchase.
   
   
9. All attractions reserve the right to change their opening hours on selected dates, ticket packages, rates and governing terms and conditions without prior notice. Please refer to attractions' official website for the updated information.
   
   

Online Ticket Terms & Conditions

1. The ticket is valid on the date of entry as stated in the ticket. Entrance after the date
   of entry is invalid.
   
   
2. The ticket purchased is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash and other
   packages in part or full.
   
   
3. The ticket purchased is for single transaction only and is non-transferable.
   
   
4. Menara Kuala Lumpur reserves the right to request visitors to provide valid
   identification documents should there be any reservation. Menara Kuala Lumpur
   reserves the right to cancel ticket purchased and no refund is available should the
   visitors fail to provide identification documents upon request.
   
   
5. Menara Kuala Lumpur is not responsible if the ticket is lost, damaged, or destroyed
   and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
   
   
6. Menara Kuala Lumpur reserves the right to reject any ticket tampered with or found
   unacceptable.
   
   
7. The management reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior
   notice.
